To provide peace of mind, we provide Safely Insured's customers with the Customer Benefits below when they arrange temporary motor insurance with us.

Breakdown Cover - Roadside Assistance & Recovery service for breakdowns* during the period the vehicle is covered by your temporary motor insurance policy

£250 Excess Reimbursement for any non-recoverable excess following a valid claim

 

What to do in the event of a Breakdown?

If your vehicle has a breakdown during the period your vehicle is covered by an insurance Safely Insured has arranged for you, you can contact our Roadside Assistance & Recovery service providers, Call Assist, by ringing the number below and advising them that you are a Safely Insured customer. For full Call Assist Breakdown Assistance Service information - download here.

What to do to recover £250 Excess?

If you are involved in an incident where you cannot recover the Policy Excess on the motor insurance policy we arranged for you, Safely Insured will refund you up to £250 of the excess amount you had to pay. To claim this refund, call the number below, after your vehicle has been repaired or declared a total loss and you have been required to pay your policy excess or it has been deducted from your total loss settlement. We will require evidence of the Excess amount you have paid or had deducted for your claim. Please note, where the accident was not your fault, the full Excess amount should be recovered from the Third Party's Insurer.
